FIRST WEEK (14/06/2023 - 21/06/2023)

My teaching practice started from 14/06/2023 and my first week was from 14/06/2023 (Wednesday) to 21/06/2023 (Wednesday). 

On my first day I along with my friends met Headmaster of Mount Tabor Girls High School Pathanapuram and submitted our attendance register book and after the interaction with the headmaster I went to see English teachers to interact as well as to get the particular classes to teach.

I got 8 I in which English teacher of the class is chitra teacher. The teacher gave me portions.

I got one class per day in the first week. Also I went to other classes for substitution.

On 14/06/2023 I got 4rth period in 8I. It was my first experience. I took the Unit 1 "Hues and Views", 1rst chapter 'The Mysterious Picture'.

On 15/06/2023 I got 3rd Period and I continued my topics. I gave character map as entry activity. It was so interesting for my kids.

On 16/06/2023 I got 1rst period.Today I gave notice write up.

On 19/06/2023 I had 1rst period in 8I. But today was International Reading Day📚📖 the school conducted special assembly. June 19 vayanadinam

On 20/06/2023 I'm on leave because of some health issues.

On 21/06/2023 I got 4rth hour in 8 I. I continued with the same chapter. Today was International Yoga day and International music day. NCC cadets excercised some yoga steps to the students and some of kids beautifully sang so many Malayalam songs.

Everyday I reached the School around 9:15 am.  

During this week I got five classes, the teacher came to observe my class and said what all improvements I need to make in my class to make it more effective. 

I had a good experience during this week. Students as well as teachers were very cooperative and supportive. Since students were active I didn't felt any difficulty in teaching. The School worked till afternoon and we left the School at 3:40 pm.
